Who we are

We are a team of highly trained Designers with a variety of backgrounds from different disciplines in design with a strong passion for interiors. We have more than 20 years in the hospitality, retail design and over 500 stores built up to date. We deliver great interior spaces for our clients. Our passion recently drove us to expand and explore residential spaces as well.
What drives us is an absolute love for creating spaces that leave people feeling better when they walk out than they did when they walk in.

Mariela Sverdloff

DESIGN DIRECTOR

Mariela studied Architecture and Urbanism at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina graduating in 1998. During her studies and post-graduation, she worked on high end retail stores and major hotel interior projects and that's where she discovered her true passion for interiors. She joined CoMa in 2001, and took over as Director in 2006. Her passion for travel, fashion and interiors comes through in her commitment to good and functional design and her long-standing relationship with CoMa's loyal customers. She's also an avid fan of Japanese stationery.

Minerva Victoria

After receiving her degree for Bachelor of Architecture from Bulacan State University in 1999, Minnie spent 5 years working in the Philippines before relocating to Singapore. Working in a wide range of mixed development projects abroad with her 12 years of experience made her involve in all phases of design and construction. She is a hands-on person and excels in the built industry. She enjoys working on construction details and projects with a sustainability focus. As she decided to pursue a career in Australia, she’s now exploring new workflows and learning new skills to improve both the efficiency and quality of her work. She has a strong passion for photography, arts and loves seeing new places

Sebastian Seoane-Velilla

SENIOR DESIGN ASSOCIATE

Sebastian brings over 15 years of experience in a wide range of commercial, residential and educational projects in both small and large practices. Having graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2002, and joining CoMa in 2003, Sebastian has developed a passion for interior architecture, and also delivering a high quality of management and supervision for all our projects. Sebastian enlightens us with his knowledge and curiosity about planets and the universe.

Bianca Castillo

SENIOR DEsigner

Arts and crafts lead Bianca's passion through the design path, starting a professional career more than 10 years ago as an Industrial Designer, graduate from University of Bogota Jorge Tadeo Lozano, Colombia in 2006. Since then, she has been working in the retail industry, exhibition design and furniture design. The idea of creating a journey through a human-centred design in the space inspired her to study and graduate as an Interior Designer (Commercial) from Torrens University - Billy Blue College of Design Sydney in 2020.
