• That depends on the scope of our work. As we cater our services based on the needs of our Clients, we need to have a clear understanding of the Brief for the Project, the timeline and the services you need from us.

    Ideally, when you contact us, it would be good to have a brief prepared, leasing plans and a budget in mind.

    With the information in hand, we will be able to prepare a quotation for your project.

  • That is a hard question we get a lot!

    Our recommendation is to contact us as soon as you are thinking about opening a Store. If you already have clear idea of what the Store should look and feel like, we will work on concept designs to align with your brief. Once we have the look & feel for the Store, we then can do the preliminary concepts to present to Landlords and Authorities. Once that is done, we proceed with the Construction documentation to build the store.

    The timeline of the entire process can vary from 4 months to 18 months depending on the size of the project, the design development and location.

  • We encourage our Clients to contact us before signing a Lease, as the minute you sign the lease the clock starts ticking and the pressure in on! We recommend contacting us when you start thinking about opening a Store, especially if it’s your first one and you need a design concept first.

  • We have been very lucky to have worked with incredible Clients and exciting brands over the years. We love to work with young new brands. We can be there from the beginning, making sure the retail environment represents the soul of your brand in a physical space. We work closely with your Branding Team and Graphic Designers to achieve this. If you don’t have a Branding Team or Graphic Designer yet, don’t worry. We can introduce you to great people we have worked with over the years.

  • This is a really good question. We work with many International Brands. We collaborate with their designers and make sure the design complies with the Local Standards and the local market. Every Country has different regulations for building standards and local compliances. We can assist with the submission to the Landlords and Local Authorities for approvals. We are also the eyes on the ground during the construction of the store to make sure the design intent is carried out.

  • We can help with that! With your ideas and brief, we can produce a design concept for the look and feel of your store, including plans, materials, and 3D renderings.

  • This is always a question we get asked.

    A Shopfitter is basically a builder highly specialised in Retail and Hospitality Projects. They work magic with Interiors and facades/shopfronts. They understand the crazy timelines we have to deliver a project. In the Retail world, we count a project in weeks, not months or years... These highly specialised Shopfitters are used to working with the Landlord’s and Shopping Centre rules, all the trades on site working one on top of the other, crazy hours and manage everything to make sure the Project gets delivered on time so that you can get open and trading as quickly as possible.

  • YES. We design offices, restaurants, and interiors for hotels also. We have designed many of our Client’s offices and love getting involved in those projects so please give us a call to see how we can help.

  • Occasionally we get involved in residential interiors. We really can add value when your project is a small renovation that doesn’t require a DA. If you have a project that requires a DA, we can recommend incredible architects that can help with that too!
